As a leader, he’s known for turning bold ideas into actionable plans, whether he’s helping families bring backyard dreams to life or revitalizing the Ontario Queer Chamber of Commerce to better serve entrepreneurs and creatives across the province. John thrives where vision meets accountability.

Ali Slack

Executive Director

Ali joins the OQCC with 10 years of experience working in the non-profit sector and a passion for community development and the power of connection. She brings experience and knowledge of service delivery in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, event planning, social service navigation, and employment and education support. Ali holds a Master of Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker. She is excited to build connections and partnerships with the community and deliver meaningful programming for 2SLGBTQ+ and allied business owners and entrepreneurs across Ontario.

Vini Mollo

Treasurer

Vini is a passionate advocate for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, with a strong background in operations, audit, and compliance across both the retail and banking industries—most recently in audit at TD. He has proudly served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Queer Chamber of Commerce for over two years, where he remains deeply committed to advancing equity, visibility, and opportunity for queer-owned businesses across Ontario.

Oleander Jeoung

Marketing Coordinator

Oleander comes from a theatre background, where he tried a bit of everything including acting, playwriting, and directing. During the pandemic, he picked up a camera and discovered a love for videography, which later grew into social media work and eventually marketing. Oleander is passionate about finding new ways to tell stories and creating space for marginalized voices. As a teenager, he dreamed of founding a theatre dedicated to showcasing work by underrepresented communities.
